Supplier Health and Onboarding Manager 

Bristol / Birmingham - Full Time

This is a key leadership role focused on driving supplier compliance, onboarding excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for supplier onboarding, health checks, and communications. The role requires strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for process compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Supplier Health and Onboarding team Ensure compliance with onboarding and supplier health processes Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption Manage KPIs, SLAs, and reporting dashboards Champion AI and automation opportunities Provide helpdesk-style support to suppliers and internal teams Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders

 

Person Specification

Proven team leadership and engagement skills Strong understanding of process compliance and improvement Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and reporting Excellent communication skills Background in customer support or helpdesk-style environment Knowledge of supplier compliance in FM or procurement Familiarity with Coupa or similar platforms Exposure to AI and automation tools
