In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain, developing supplier strategies, and ensuring continuity and resilience in sourcing operations. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products on time, while strengthening supplier performance and adaptability. **Key Responsibilities** As a Supplier Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for: + Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies. + Leading the implementation and follow-up of risk-based sourcing initiatives. + Evaluating and developing new suppliers to ensure business continuity. + Acting as a project manager to ensure execution of supply chain risk strategies. + Monitoring and improving key supplier KPIs, including capacity, dual sourcing, stocking agreements, and resilience metrics. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
