Job DescriptionAnalyze supplier capacity and investment requests
Engage with suppliers and their supply chains
Assess supplier weaknesses and implement corrective solutions
Monitor high-risk suppliers to prevent operational disruptions
Lead supplier problem-solving for identified issues
Improve supplier production systems and processes
Promote supplier operational excellence
Set and maintain focused priorities to meet objectives
Represent the organization at supplier sites and escalate issues when needed
Follow company processes, code of conduct, and values
QualificationsEducation: University degree (Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred)
Experience:
Background in supply chain, production, or supplier development
Industry experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing preferred
Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
High accountability; able to manage tasks independently
Project management in fast-paced environments
Customer-first mindset
Team-oriented with strong integrity and creativity
Flexible, with readiness to travel on short notice
