We’re looking for a Supplier Conformity Manager to join our Glasgow team. In this key role, you’ll oversee supplier quality and compliance, manage non-conformities, and drive improvements that reduce manufacturing risk and strengthen our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Propose performance indicators and recommend lean improvement actionsReview inspection results and validate First Article Acceptances (FAIs)Manage non-conformities: notify, track returns, and oversee corrective actionsCollaborate across teams and with suppliers to ensure compliance and qualityConsolidate supplier performance data and support continuous improvementOptimize entry/exit controls and supplier quality processesWhat You’ll Bring
Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or production supportStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and commercial contractsAbility to influence, problem-solve, and drive supplier performanceMethodical, proactive, and committed to continuous improvementStrong ethical mindset, with a collaborative and inclusive approachTravel to suppliers off site 25 -50%Why Thales?
