Lamar blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011 Work hours: PRN Department highlights: * Team based environment * Workplace culture 2 nd to none Here's What You Need * Highschool diploma or equivalent required * 2 years in office or healthcare environment required What You Will Do Agency staffing * Works with Texas Health Leaders to identify contract staffing needs and provides timely follow up/feedback (within 24-48 hours) * Initiates request with vendors, receives candidate profiles and coordinates interviews (only if requested) with Texas Health Leaders * Notifies agency candidate status * Coordinates start and end dates of assignments. Serves as point of contact between vendor and contract requester throughout term of contract. * Contacts agency in the event of performance issues or changes to assignments and keeps supervisor informed of these issues * Provides daily feedback to supervisor regarding vendor timeliness, competency, reliability and candidate pool * Validates and/or performs contractor license and competency verification. Verifies background check, drug screen, required immunizations are completed and uploaded into the vendor management system (VMS) (within 30 days of start) and continues the monitor of license, certification and competencies. * Distributes written quality evaluations for contract staff at four weeks, ten weeks and upon assignment completion.
