Your ‘day to day’

As Workplace Supervisor SEE, you will:

Ensure optimal utilization of office premises and oversee real estate activities across the SEE cluster, driving purchasing consolidation and monitoring processes for efficiency.Coordinate workplace projects – from CAPEX planning and business case development to vendor selection and supervision – ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Lead and develop your team, motivating and coaching members to achieve business objectives, while supporting skill development and fostering continuous learning.Manage the SEE Workplace budget, ensuring accurate planning, monitoring, and revision of departmental budgets, and implementing corrective actions when needed.Drive vendor and third-party management, overseeing contracts, performance, and cost optimization, while ensuring compliance with PMI standards and legal requirements.

Who we’re looking for

University degree in Finance or Organizational Science7+ years of experience in Finance and Facility Management within multinational organizations.Proven track record in project management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and budgeting tools is a plus.Fluency in English (spoken and written).
