Are you a licensed clinical social worker who’s passionate about leading teams and improving patient care? Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Supervisory Social Worker to oversee our Social Services department and guide a talented team in delivering exceptional behavioral health support.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor social work staff to ensure compassionate, effective care

Oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and quality standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and families

Drive quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

What we’re looking for:

LCSW or equivalent required

3+ years of behavioral health experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role

Strong supervisory, organizational, and crisis management skills

Commitment to patient safety, cultural competence, and teamwork

64-bed acute inpatient setting IOP/PHP oversight Adult and Geriatric client population Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Acute intervention focus with short term stays Joint venture/Professional partnerships between NHC, Tennova and University of Tennessee Medical Center- Knoxville
