Performs nursing care duties as needed to maintain nursing skills and cover staffing shortages. Plans and adjusts work assignments and operations to meet organizational objectives, priorities, deadlines, and standards of care. Additional Information Federal Employees earn annual leave at a rate (4, 6 or 8 hours per pay period) which is based on the number of years they have served as a Federal employee.
