Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, protecting company assets, and ensuring the safety of our employees, patients, & visitors.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of security officers.Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms.Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks.Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company standards.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent..Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact.Current state-issued security officer license, showing no disciplinary actionsCurrent driver’s license issued by the state wherein the position is posted with a satisfactory DMV report on file or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hireWorkplace violence training within 6 months of employment.
