Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor Revenue Integrity, you will lead a specialized team to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our healthcare revenue cycle, optimizing reimbursement and mitigating financial risk. Your expert oversight identifies discrepancies and maintains the organization's financial health.

Every day you will supervise Revenue Integrity Analysts, overseeing charge audits, documentation review, and resolving billing discrepancies, while developing workflows and ensuring adherence to payer regulations and coding guidelines. You'll manage staff performance and contribute to continuous revenue cycle improvement through collaboration.

To succeed, you'll need exceptional leadership, strong revenue cycle background, and excellent communication for guiding staff and collaborating with stakeholders.

Supervises and directs Nurse Auditors, Revenue Integrity Analysts and TCE AnalystsOversees maintenance of the Charge Master, including additions, changes, and deletions as applicable. Provides assistance to all revenue generating departments to assure uniform application of the Charge Master in all areas, regulatory agency compliance and compliance to policies and proceduresCoordinates Charge Master reviews - total or departmental, as needed. Coordinates and recommends price increase changes to the Charge Master as needed. Provides education and assistance to all directors regarding the function of the Charge Master.Ensures appropriate compliance with Charge Master and revenue capture processes for new clinical services being considered by the facilityPerforms department charge process and charge reconciliation audits to ensure compliance with hospital and department policy and procedures.Creates and modifies policies and procedures relating to gross revenue and reconciliation processes. Educates applicable hospital staff on the policies and procedures.
