GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Coordinates the administration of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), the Institutional Recombinant DNA and Biosafety Committee (IRDBC), and other regulatory activities and operational procedures involved with the review of research protocols. The job responsibilities require an understanding of specific regulatory policies and guidance of a number of regulatory agencies and professional organizations. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

Position is Hybrid- Required 3-5 days in person/ on site

Bachelor's Degree in compliance, health sciences, health related field, or business. Master's degree preferred. Six (6) years of experience in healthcare, research, or compliance.

Preferred Skills

Previous supervisory experience is essential.  Attention to detail.  Use of various HRPP system software and ability to analyze data and synthesize.  High degree of knowledge of federal regulations around human subject protections.
