The supervisor provides effective day-to-day oversight and management of associated testing in Heart Rhythm Services, Stress Lab, and Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. This individual will coordinate the activities of the staff in daily clinical, education, and research efforts in a team-oriented environment. The supervisor must willingly and enthusiastically evaluate changes to optimize and progress the practices and the care of its patients. This individual must be able to work effectively with convergence efforts across the Enterprise. ***This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship and we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.** **Qualifications** Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 4 years health related/clinical experience _OR_ a high school diploma with 8 years health related/clinical experience. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent problem-solving abilities, flexibility, positive attitude and be able to function as an effective team member. Must be able to multi-task efficiently and work independently. **Licensure or Certification:** + CRAT or CEP certified. + Current certification in Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $66,123.20 - $99,236.80 / year.
