Expected pay for this position is $107,619 - $126,630/year. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor of Pilots/Lead Pilot is responsible for the oversight of daily operations at assigned remote Aviation bases throughout different regions. This position supervises personnel and coordinates activities of Life Flight pilot personnel. The Supvr Pilot/Lead Pilot, as part of the management team, assists in implementation and enforcement of new and existing Life Flight standards and performs duties as an active flight crewmember.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School/GED

Other Licenses/Certifications:

FAA Commercial Rotorcraft CertificationFAA Instrument Rotorcraft CertificationCurrent FAA Second Class Medical Certification

Experience:

2000 HoursHelicopter PIC 100 HoursHelicopter Night Unaided 75 HoursInstrument / Hood (50 helicopter in flight) 500 HoursCross Country 500 HoursTurbine Helicopter

Age requirement:

Maximum age 70 years

Other skills/knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
