Monitors the efficiency and efficacy of the team, ensuring all patient and customer questions/concerns are addressed appropriately and professionally in a timely manner. Coordinates materials, locations, and visits for the Pharmacy Service Group to ensure contacts between FMCRx and customer sites flow smoothly and properly. Provides system and process training for FMCRx operation’s employees, assisting in cross- training between different positions as needed. **PRINCIPAL** **DUTIES** **AND** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Supervises the day to day activities of the assigned team ensuring that each individual’s workmeets the establishedperformancestandardsregardingthedispensing of pharmacyproducts + Monitorsandevaluates the workflow of the team ensuringappropriatebalanceandallocation of tasks forefficient and timely processingand dispensing + Monitorsenrollmentvolume and timelinesforquality control assessmentandidentifyingtrendsandissues. Recommends process and operational improvements as appropriate. + Ensurescustomer/patientsatisfactionandfacilitatesproblemresolution, fielding escalated calls and issues as needed. + Works with pharmacy/management to create andmaintainstaffing levels withinoperations.Coordinatesandschedulesmeetings/trainings and coordinatescommunicationbetweenpharmacy and officestaff. + Assists with training new and existingemployees.Coaches staff in operationalactivities to ensurecompliancewithdepartmental and organizationalgoalsandobjectives. + Assists with management of departmentstaffing by providing inputregardinghiring, firing, anddisciplinaryactions. Does not have thedirectability to hire, terminate, or authorizesalarychanges. + Acts as the QAControlwithinrespectiveteamandmanages the FMCRxpolicyandproceduresprocess to include:revising and updating the documents,training, andmaintaining mastercopies. + Preparespertinentstatisticalreports,notingtrendsandissues.Providesanalysis and recommendationsto team as well as otherFMCRxmanagement. + Preparessummaries of FMCRxoperations staff efforts,contacts, and resultant patient enrollments to supportmanagement decisions. + Providesanalysesandothersupportservices for theDirector of Operations. + Providesadministrativesupport on an as needed basis for Executive Team + Facilitatesnew patient sign up process, troubleshootingproblemsas they arise. Participates in patient acquisitionprocess as deemednecessary + Processesinitial application and pre-enrollment form with patient verification + Entersapplicant data in the system + Tracks patient status within theapplicationprocess,addresses any problems. + Coordinatesproduction of marketing materials; to include; new enrollment information and patient/staffeducationmaterials. Travel to Regional,DivisionalandCorporatemeetingsmay be required on occasion. **SUPERVISION:** + MayberesponsibleforthedirectsupervisionofvariouslevelsofOperationsstaff. **EDUCATION:** + Bachelor’sDegreerequired **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS** **:** + 2 – 3 years’experienceas a lead(internalpromotion);or 1 – 3 years’experienceas a Supervisor. + Previousexperiencein a pharmacypractice;retailormail-orderpharmacyexperiencepreferred. + Dialysisorpharmacyexperience a plus + Excellentcommunicationskills + ComputerSkillsincludingWord,ExcelandPowerPoint. + Excellentwrittencommunicationsandcopywritingskills – goodeyefordesignandlayoutofprintedmaterials. + Exhibitsattentiontodetailespeciallyintabulatingfacilitylists,contacts,salespresentations,andclosings. + Abilitytoconductanalysisprintingandmaterialinventorycosts. + Exceptionalattentiontodetail **Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.** **EOE, disability/veterans**
