Ph. D./M.D./D.D.S., preferred. Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s), or must be completed within 90 days of hire by required. Either examination or reciprocity, required.
