GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Under the supervision of the Administrator of Support Services, completes a variety of duties including, but not limited to providing supervision of a 24/7 patient transportation department, supervises the operational and personnel activities of the Patient Transportation department. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Higher education preferred. One (1) year of progressively more responsible experience in patient transportation and operation of equipment and materials utilized in patient transportation required. Must have the ability to independently organize and prioritize responsibilities; problem solve. Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment. Excellent verbal, written and communication and customer service skills. Problem Solver with win-win solutions. Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to handle and respond quickly to emergency situations. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows, and the Internet.
