Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written), self-initiative, and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member, take direction from others, and initiate and manage projects.
