Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written), self-initiative, and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member, take direction from others, and initiate and manage projects. Experience with spreadsheet preparation, data collection/management/analysis, and creation of graphs/charts and presentation slides. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OneNote is required.

Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned area, including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice.
