Short Description

Acts as the first point of contact for team members providing guidance, training and support as needed.Coordinates and assigns work as well as manages the responsibilities of estimate related work queues. Identifies and tracks process and/or workflow issues brainstorming possible solutions with the manager.Responsible for daily QA, payroll, and cash reconciliationCollaborates with Managed Care, Rev Integrity, Billing, and IT to optimize patient estimate accuracy and increase Cooper’s revenue stream.
Experience Required

3-5 years required 


Education Requirements

High School Diploma required, Associates preferred 


Special Requirements

5-7 years’ experience in healthcare revenue cycle registration, health insurance, patient financial responsibility and point of service collections, working specifically with health insurance plansAdvanced knowledge of Medical Terminology, Health Insurance Plans and Patient Out-of-Pocket financial responsibility Epic experience
