As the **Operating Room Supervisor** , you'll blend direct patient care with leadership responsibilities—supporting daily OR operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians to ensure excellence in safety, quality, and outcomes. In this dynamic role, you will: + **Deliver direct patient care** in the OR, functioning as a Staff RN, including circulating and scrubbing. + **Coordinate specialty service lines** —manage instruments, supplies, equipment, and surgical readiness. + **Supervise and support staff** : oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and daily performance. + **Lead education efforts** : support onboarding, skill development, and in-service training. + **Collaborate with physicians & leadership** to optimize workflow, resource use, and patient outcomes. + **Ensure quality & safety** through proactive problem-solving and process improvement.
