**Welcome to Love's:** The Love’s truck care department is looking for a Supervisor of Special Projects – responsible for the successful execution of operational initiatives across the Truck Care network. This role bridges the gap between planning and implementation, ensuring that strategic projects are translated into field-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The position supports all facets of Truck Care operations, including warranty, training, compliance, pricing, marketing, analytics, roadside services, and fleet support.
**Job Functions:**
Project Execution & Deployment:
+ Lead the execution phase of special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely rollout across the network.
+ Translate strategic plans into actionable tasks, coordinating across departments to ensure field readiness.
+ Maintain project timelines, resolve roadblocks, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned for smooth implementation.
Operational Alignment:
+ Partner with cross-functional teams—Training, Warranty, Compliance, Marketing, Pricing, and Analytics—to operationalize initiatives effectively.
+ Serve as the point of contact for field leadership during deployments, ensuring proper communication, documentation, and support are in place.
+ Support shop-level adoption by ensuring materials, equipment, and processes are fully aligned with operational requirements.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
+ Track KPIs and key success measures during and after implementation phases.
+ Identify and resolve issues in real time, providing feedback to strategic teams for continuous improvement.
+ Recommend adjustments and enhancements to future initiatives based on field performance and feedback.
Process Improvement & Standardization:
+ Identify execution gaps or inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
+ Develop documentation, checklists, and quick reference guides to streamline repeatable rollouts and support field operations.
Leadership & Collaboration:
+ Lead cross-functional execution teams to deliver initiatives with excellence.
+ Drive accountability and coordination between departments, vendors, and field personnel.
+ Foster a culture of operational readiness, teamwork, and problem-solving.
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years experience in Project Management or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience of team lead or supervisory experience with direct reports
+ Bachelor/Master’s degree preferred
+ Familiarity with MS office suite of applications

+ Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
+ Experience managing distributed environments including on-site, hybrid, and fully remote teams is preferred
**Physical Demands:**
+ Prolonged periods of sitting with occasional bending and stooping.
+ Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
+ Normal range of hearing and vision.
