You will coordinate staff and workflow to meet customer schedules, drive performance excellence, and foster a positive and productive team environment. The selected candidate will support the Thermal and Electronic Solutions team within Mission Systems and the individual will play a key role in the organization as they prepare for facility relocation. The Durham location is a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which includes: + New Machinery and Equipment + Cafeteria + Onsite Fitness Gym + Golf Simulator + Outdoor tennis + Basketball court + Pickleball court _This position will work between the existing Hampton and newly opened Durham locations while the facility relocation is finalized by August 2026. This role will be expected to work 4 days in Hampton and 1 day in Durham on average until facility relocation is completed._ _This position will be expected to work within the production floor 80 % of their work week and 20% at their desk on average. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
