The Customer Service Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for directing the activities of the Customer Service Department and promoting commercial growth.

This position is part of the Sales Administration located in Prague, Czech Republic. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

 

You will be a part of the Customer Service and report to the Customer Service Manager responsible for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary and Poland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Overseeing the regular operations of the Customer Service department (including logistic), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer interactions and between departments.Guiding and supporting fellow Customer Service Associates (CSAs), enhancing their skills and performance.Analyzing existing processes within the department and initiating improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Working closely with other departments like Logistics, Commercial and Service Teams to drive growth and continuous improvement in service delivery and internal processes.Assisting in providing accurate forecasts for the commercial team by supplying regular estimates.Taking on additional tasks as needed by other departments and management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Utilizing tools to monitor and manage the current backlog and revenue, ensuring smooth operations.Handling customer ordersEnsuring that invoicing, including monthly billings, is conducted promptly and accurately.Addressing customer questions regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status, and product information.Collaborating with planners for the timely ordering and allocation of stocks from internal warehouses (reagents and instruments).Visiting customer locations to better understand their needs and requirements in order management.Communicating with various departments to stay updated on credit standings and compliance matters.Providing guidance and support to team members, colleagues, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customer service preferably in supervisor roleKnowledge of supply chain and exportation processes.Good IT skills and experience in using ERPs, CRMs and Order Management SystemsAbility to demonstrate the mindset and use of methodology to drive continuous improvement.Fluency in Czech and English language
