Job Summary Novant Health is seeking an experienced and highly organized Supervisor New Hire Experience to lead our pre-boarding team and oversee the entire new hire integration process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee engagement, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in pre-boarding/onboarding processes. The Supervisor will focus on efficient, creative, and culturally competent solutions while serving as a liaison between all areas that participate in the new hire journey. This leader will foster a positive, productive work environment and will be accountable for the performance of assigned team members, work assignments and outcomes that align with standard operating procedures. This role will ensure that new employees have a seamless and positive onboarding experience that sets them up for success. Candidates must be located in NC, SC, GA, or VA. Responsibilities Lead assigned team of New Hire Experience Navigators Utilize performance based metrics in day-to-day operations Build strong, trust-based relationships with new hires and hiring managers Serve as the preboarding process subject matter expert for new hires and contract team member conversions Resolve new hire concerns in partnership with internal departments Review real time system updates to track completion of onboarding tasks and utilization of work notes to reflect new hire status Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 year/Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: Five years HR, Recruitment, clinical or related area, required. Additional Skills (required): Communication Skills: Highly effective communicator with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills. Communication contributes to and establishes a climate of trust and respect to internal and external customers. Well-developed verbal and written skills. Prepare correspondence as needed. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the new hire process. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all new hire related documentation and processes. HR Operations: Strong knowledge of human resources processes, systems, policies and procedures Support Talent Acquisition: Offer expertise in preboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using HR software, and other relevant tools. · Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide remarkable customer service to team members and other stakeholders.
