Job Summary Supervisor, New Hire Experience is responsible for ensuring exemplary customer service and support related to the preboarding process for new hires is delivered. Incumbent leads team focused on efficient, creative, and culturally competent solutions while serving as a liaison between all areas that participate in the new hire journey. Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 year/Bachelors Degree, preferred. + Experience: Five years HR, Recruitment, clinical or related area, required. + Additional Skills (required): + Communication Skills: Highly effective communicator with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills. Communication contributes to and establishes a climate of trust and respect to internal and external customers. Well-developed verbal and written skills. Prepare correspondence as needed. + Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. + Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the new hire process. + Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all new hire related documentation and processes. + HR Operations: Strong knowledge of human resources processes, systems, policies and procedures + Support Talent Acquisition: Offer expertise in preboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition. + Computer Skills: Proficiency in using HR software, and other relevant tools. · Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide remarkable customer service to team members and other stakeholders.
