The formal management responsibility for a team of up to 15 peopleEfficient utilization of all resources to produce a high-quality product to pre-determined client deadlinesEnsuring that staff resources, equipment and materials are utilised effectively by planning future workloads with the scheduling, training and supervisory teamsWorking to improve proficiency and identify process improvementsProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance performance and developmentAbout You:
