What’s in it for you:

AS a Supervisor-Inventory Control, you will lead inventory control operations, including tracking and reconciliation of counts, daily cycle validation, and continuous improvement of control procedures.

 

Where is the work: 

This position will be located in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

 

What you will do:

• Oversees workforce planning and allocation to ensure timely execution of cycle counts, accurate adjustment approvals, and daily inventory postings.

• Ensures rigorous documentation and maintenance of counting results within master tracking systems to support audit readiness and inventory accuracy.

• Leads ongoing analysis and monitoring of count frequency compliance to maintain control standards and mitigate operational risk.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information related to inventory counting processes.

• Conducts root cause analysis for critical variances, including urgent or negative count results, and drives corrective and preventive actions to strengthen inventory reliability.

 

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, distribution center, or logistics operations, including personnel supervision or team management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is preferred.
