**About the Role:**
The Residential Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue within the organization. In this position you will motivate, mentor and coach your team to exceed sales quotas and deliver a great customer experience.
Kinetics Outbound Supervisors are vital team members who represent our leading telecommunications brand that connects homeowners, small business, enterprise, and carrier partners across the United States.
**This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.**
**Work hours Mon to Fri, 12pm - 9pm ET, Sat's, 9am to 6pm ET, Off on Sun and either Wed or Thurs.**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Coach and mentor a team of Residential Outbound Sales Executives
+ Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
+ Monitor key call performance indicators to ensure agents are meeting expectations
+ Drive morale through team huddles to recognize performance, set goals and motivate team members
+ Conduct agent coaching sessions focused on improving agent sales strategies, following calling scripting, overcoming objections, closing a sale etc.
+ Work directly with management to set goals, improve process, and grow our sales team
+ Develop reps through weekly coaching sessions and performance evaluations
+ Actively engaged in rep development by participating in the Leadership Development Program
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and best practices
**Do You Have?**
+ Experience leading and motivating a team to foster teamwork and exceptional customer service.
+ Able to coach others to improve sales and productivity.
+ Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems.
+ Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
+ College degree and 2-4 years job related experience (customer service and sales experience); or 6+ years equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related experience required.
+ Experience managing an outbound sales team, preferred.
