**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a **highly experienced** Supervisor – Business Process Operations (M1) to join our **Global Service Operations** team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for **managing large-scale customer accounts and complex digitization operations** , ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
This team acts as a critical link, collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and the Ground Delivery Team to ensure high-quality deliverables are met within committed timelines.
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ **Responsibility 1: Drive Operational Excellence & Productivity:** Supervise a large team, managing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and consistently monitoring process-level performance to support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and budgets.
+ **Responsibility 2: Collaborate for Process Enhancement:** Partner with vertical leads, Key Account Managers, and ground staff to implement and review operational policies, identify automation opportunities, and enhance productivity through process maps and time and motion studies.
+ **Responsibility 3: Ensure Standards and Workforce Compliance:** Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies, including managing workforce planning, scheduling, leave, and attrition for a team of 120–150 headcount, including 5–6 Team Leaders, to maintain seamless business delivery.
**What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **8–14 years** of professional experience with at least **4+ years of managerial experience** , ideally within the Banking, Insurance, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Back Office domain.
+ **Strong knowledge of operational management systems** and software, as well as a proven track record in financial tasks like Client & Vendor Billing and contributing to Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Gross Profit (GP) optimization.
+ **Proven ability in Stakeholder Management** and effective people management, including conducting associate-level interviews, maintaining high staff motivation, and fostering strong client relationships.
+ **Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory** , with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred, alongside strong MS-Excel, Power Point Presentation, and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting skills.
