**Compensation & Benefits**
+ Salary Range: $54.61 – $81.91/hour (dependent on experience, education, and other factors)

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise CT imaging operations and staff scheduling
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
+ Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with physicians and leadership to enhance service delivery
+ Mentor and develop technologists through coaching and performance feedback
+ Participate in budget planning and resource stewardship
+ May perform imaging procedures as needed
**What You Bring**
+ Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ Minimum 2 years of CT experience
+ ARRT certification in Radiography and Washington State licensure
+ ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography
+ Current BLS certification
+ Previous leadership and training preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems
+ A passion for patient-centered care and team development
