Supervisor I (IQA) Job Responsibilities: • Ensure that all inspectors are guide and lead to perform inspection according to incoming procedure. • Ensure that incoming inspection on material with quality output are being perform within receiving aging. • Generate monthly MRB & LAR reports for Incoming Quality performance. • Conducting On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors. • Ensure ISO audit internally and externally are compliance to requirements • Maintaining discipline and morale of the workforce as well as provide coaching and counseling if required. • Maintain high standard of 5S housekeeping within IQA section. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role as a QA supervisor in related field is preferred. • Knowledge of ISO9000 system and supervisory skills is preferred. • Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing is preferred. • Proficient in MS Office applications.
