How You'll Help Us Connect the World

 

It is responsible for supervising the work of production operators, production technicians, group leaders to achieve the goals and objectives of Safety and Hygiene, Quality, Customer Service and Adequate Cost, includes the responsibility for the coordination of the material resources necessary to comply with the daily plan and the preparation of statistical and administrative reports.

Ensures that quality control plans and procedures are implemented and followed by staff in production areas. Ensuring that the standardized processes and methods of TL9000 and 5S+1 (Safety plus 5S of order and cleanliness) are complied with.

Responsible for receiving new personnel, guiding them in their functions and integrating them into the group.

Ensure that the personnel under their responsibility are working in accordance with the company's regulations and policies, including ethical conduct and integrity.

 

Related Education & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer or related field (title) preferred Experience: 2 years minimum in a similar position. English 50% preferred Offices: Knowledge of MS Office SAP, Techniques: Lean manufacturing knowledge, quality knowledge, motivation, and leadership Communication: Ability to communicate openly and cordially at all levels of the organization and personnel management.
