How you’ll make an impact:

Supervise employees and manufacturing activities pertaining to the production of products and/or manufacturing processes in - and with manufacturing/technical knowledge of - 1 or more production areas, depending on the complexity of the areas to ensure the specifications and procedures of the company, in addition to conducting performance reviews, including resolving performance issues.Oversee the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics.Accountable to ensure staff is appropriately trained to perform assigned work.Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff and provide regular progress reports and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders.Partner with engineering on investigations and/or corrective actions, perform non-conformance investigations for review with engineering, assures documentation content is valid, may participate in improvement projects including designing, implementing and optimizing procedures and working methods.Perform daily audit to ensure employees are in adherence to manufacturing procedures.Other incidental duties.


What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., industrial, chemical, electrical, mechanical, business administration). Required1 year of experience leading teams in manufacturing areas, working with cross-functional teams, substantial technical knowledge, and experience in related manufacturing, quality and/or product development engineering. PreferredExperience working in manufacturing process, medical device industry or related industries (electronics, pharmaceutical, food industry or related). PreferredIntermediate English level. Required

 

Work shift:

Availability to work in Shift A or B. Shift A from Monday to Friday from 6.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and Shift - B, from Monday to Friday from 03.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.


What else we look for (preferred):

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably JDE.Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; possessing strong collaboration skills in partnering with cross functional stakeholders in order to achieve objectives.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
