Supervisor I, HR

The Sourcing Supervisor will oversee all external Talent Acquisition activities, including job fairs, academic partnerships, linkages, candidate funnel report, regional satellite offices, and any other hiring-related events. This role will also be responsible for creating a Market Intelligence report to be shared with the Talent Acquisition team or any other team requesting it for hiring purposes.
Accountabilities:
+ Manage direct reports assigned to either the Iloilo or Quezon City locations.
+ Conduct coaching sessions bi-monthly or as needed.
+ Ensure compliance and alignment, driving team members to achieve KPI targets.
+ Provide / Publish Market Intelligence report to Talent Acquisition Leadership through the data gathered from Candidate Journey Mapping, Inventory projects, External Partners, and other online tool for market scan.
+ Publish the TA Newsletter on a quarterly basis.
+ Prepare, create and present Market scan reports.
+ Oversee the TA Candidate Funnel report.
+ Ensure data compliance and provide analysis monthly or as needed.
+ Prepares the monthly/ quarterly report for TA team.
+ Plan and Execute job fairs based on business need.
+ Prepare and obtain approval for job fairs, including budget expenses.
+ Ensures job fairs are effectively executed at any location, optimizing ROI through improved hiring rate, cost per hire, and time to hire.
+ Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Manager in regional satellite offices project.
+ Prepare and present market scans for satellite locations, including talent availability per location, using available TA tools or research from online job platforms, government websites, or other online platforms where data can be collected.
+ Manage the Academe partnership through Internship Program, Career Recruitment, and Sponsorships.
+ Maintain relationships with the Academe partners to ensure that REPH is a go-to partner.
+ Ensure compliance with documents such as Memorandum of Agreement, Certificate of Completion and other academe-related requirements.
+ Monitor and enforce internship hiring policies.
+ Lead intern-related trainings and projects.
+ Manage the partnerships with LGU and professional linkages.
+ Maintain hiring-related relationships with PESO, DOLE or professional linkages like IBP. This includes timely renewal of PESO/Linkages accreditation
+ Oversee consistent job postings of openings by partner PESO or Linkages.
+ Identify and manage online job platforms that will help augment hiring for niche roles.
+ Monthly or as per need basis reporting for identified new online job platform
+ Lead the Talent Acquisition team to fully maximize the testing period of the new online job platform.
+ Manage partnerships with Headhunters, and Staff Augmentation vendors.
+ Enrollment and renewal of Headhunters or Staff Augmentation vendors.
+ Communicate job openings to headhunters and staff augmentation vendors as requested by Operations or Recruitment. This includes facilitating talent calibration if necessary.
+ Lead TA branding surveys and participate in HR activities as needed.
+ Act as BCP for the co-Sourcing Supervisor during onsite/offsite activities, employee referral programs, or any TA/Sourcing-related tasks.
Qualifications:
+ Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
+ Good communication and written skills
+ Project Management Experience is preferred but not required
+ Excellent in MS Excel, and MS PPT.
+ Proven experience in building business cases and presentation.
+ Previous experience doing both online-based research, and targeted research collaborating with internal partners for data to build a comprehensive database is preferred but not required.
+ Willing to travel for external events such as job fairs, school visits, and other TA-related hiring events.
+ BI reporting/ Dashboard knowledge is preferred. Candidate without background must be willing to take the Data Analytics Learning Path once it becomes available.
+ Ability to drive results and influence others outside organization/scope to help and collaborate.
+ Detail oriented, demonstrated project management skills and an ability to work with tight deadlines.
