Supervisor- Hospitality

Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for providing leadership, operational support, ensuring TMG Best Practices compliance and client satisfaction.\nThis role is responsible for the training\/educating of associates, monitoring operations, maintaining a positive working relationship, and on-going client interface to ensure consistency and continuity of service delivery.\nOperate within the policies, procedures and established structure to oversee the relationship and manage change.\nMust possess supervisor skills to handle multiple locations and be able to multitask in high-pressure situations.\nStrong leadership skills along with communicating effectively with many different types of people.\nResponsible for supporting daily hospitality operations, including the ordering, stocking, inventory, and presentation of supplies across kitchen, pantry, and conference areas.\nThis highly visible role requires a proactive, service-minded individual with prior hospitality experience and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked workplace environment.\nMaintain the cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, kitchens, and pantry areas.\nPrepare and serve coffee; run and empty dishwashers; restock utensils, cups, and dishware.\nOrder and maintain inventory of hospitality supplies and consumables.\nMonitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages.\nTrack usage and maintain accurate inventory records.\n\n

Customer Service & Team Support:\n\nDeliver prompt, courteous service to employees, clients, and guests.\nWork collaboratively with office services and facilities teams to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.\nRespond to service requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.\nCross-train and assist in other office service functions as required.\n\n

Other duties as assigned by manager.\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\n1-3 years experience\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment\n.Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nExtends exceptional hospitality and customer service\nQuick Learner, comfortable learning new set-ups and ability to manage multiple priorities\nProvides prompt, courteous assistance to each guest and staff member
