WHAT AWAITS YOU:To oversee, develop, and revise as necessary any and all equipment, processes, and procedures to maintain and improve the manufacturing floor and it’s production capability.Assist with the coordination and implementation of a successful product launch. The supervisor focus factory is responsible for implementing tooling changes initiated by the Engineering Change Procedure. Also functions strategically partner with responsibility for maintaining all safety and environmental laws and regulations, quality processes and procedures, and all other Kautex and Textron policies, procedures and compliance directives and adhere to all other laws applicable to the facility - in order to support the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).Monitor and analyze basic productionindicators.Make efficient use of visual tools in the plant and ensurefeedback.Manage the daily production plan in order to meet the customer's demands with optimum costs and maximum quality.Participate in logistic processes, e.g. optimization of material flows.Manage Kronos system for employees on charge.Kautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries. University Degree in Engineering or comparable
English intermediate at least 75%
Experience Automotive Industry as responsible for production or as leader of a team
Knowledge and utilization of tools as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Core tools, 8Ds.
Manufacturing and Quality Basics
