Title: Supervisor / FMCG

Reports to: Operations Manager

 

Key Responsibilities include - but are not limited to: 

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and team spirit. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the store according to franchise standards Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting sales targets Enforce company policies and procedures Prepare shift schedules and manage staff attendance Coordinate with management on promotions, stock, and operational needs

Requirements

A minimum of high school diploma Proven supervisory experience in retail or food service  Proven team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills
