What You’ll Do:Monitor pre- and post-trip inspections and follow up on equipment issues
Conduct on-the-road driver evaluations and readiness assessments
Perform IPP safety contacts and address violations in real time
Support dispatch operations and cover driving routes when needed
Participate in driver hiring interviews
Track and report on-time performance metrics
Assist in accident investigations and compliance reporting
What You’ll Need:High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with accident/injury claims is a plus
Prior school bus driving experience preferred
Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements (Note: DOT regulations prohibit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, regardless of state laws)
