Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor of Facility Services to join our facilities team and lead day-to-day operations. The Supervisor of Facility Services is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all building systems and grounds. This role involves coordinating a team of custodial and maintenance staff, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of custodial, maintenance, and facility staff. Develop and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules.Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational.Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and service calls.Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and supply inventory.Enforce safety policies and procedures by regulatory requirements.Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations.Monitor the work order system and ensure timely completion of tasks.Assist in budget planning and cost control for facility services.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and incident reports.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in plant operations/facilities or related field.Fire Safety Card (obtain within 90 days of hire date).Overview
