This is a highly seasonal role with peak activity from October through mid-May, during which you can expect to work 60–65 hours per week. In return, the summer months offer a slower pace, with the opportunity to take your flexible time off between seasons.
Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory, and quality control
Coach, develop, and supervise a team of internal staff and coordinate with third-party warehouse personnel
Monitor and improve operational performance using key metrics and root cause problem-solving
Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and sanitation standards across all warehouse activities
Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies in a high-SKU environment
Support seasonal workforce planning and scheduling to meet fluctuating volume demands
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Communicate clearly and consistently with cross-functional teams and leadership
Participate in talent recruitment, training, and performance management
Serve as the backup leader in the absence of the Distribution Center Manager
Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a cold environment (as low as 45°F)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Applicants in a warehouse role must complete a pre-employment drug screen as part of a conditional job offer.
Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer proficiency
Previous supervisory experience
Experience in produce or seasonal distribution environments
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Compensation Range
$51,700.00 - $80,700.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
