Supervisor de Produção - Formosa
**Responsibilities** + Develop the operation plan for each season, aligned with Production Planning Manager and Plant Leadership. + Define the temporary employee workforce demand to fill the positions according with the planned demand for each season + Ensure and support training to the team to guarantee compliance with safety, quality and compliance. + Review and improve internal operational procedures with the team. + Provide leadership and hands-on presence to ensure a safe and compliant workplace, delivering outstanding EH&S performance. + Provide coaching to the direct reports, focused on team development. + Monitoring Drying and Shelling KPI’s and creating action plans for improvement. + Develop and control the budget to variable production costs for each season. + Control all the production goods to ensure that demand planned will be met. + Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety and quality. + Lead and manage department improvement projects. + Monitor product quality for consistent compliance with the Quality Plan requirements. + Guarantee SAP traceability in each process step. + Analise and investigate quality deviations and create action plans. + Work closed with maintenance to align strategy for the season. + Develop the 5Yplan strategy to drive investments to the area aligned with the company drive. + Set annual goals together with the reporting team and monitor these periodically. Construction of a career plan and great need for people development. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineer, or equivalent area. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Ability to lead and influence/collaborate with production planning team. + 5 years experience in corn seed production process or manufacturing. + Advanced English is mandatory to the role. + Improvement tools are (Six Sigma, Black, Green or White Belt) is a differential to the job. + Experience applying solving problems tools (Fishbone, 5Ways, RCI) are desired. + Experience in EHS management and quality management systems and processes. + SAP knowledge is a differential to the function. + Microsoft Office is required (Excel and Power BI). + Availability for eventual travel + Driving license, category B.
