Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):

Minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in electronic encapsulation processes.Dispenser, epoxy equipment used in electronic encapsulation (plastic housing seal).Proven experience with Nordson and PVA potting equipment, including dispensing, mixing, vacuum, and thermal curing systems.Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field.Pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.PLCs, sensors, servomotors, and HMIs.Knowledge of potting materials (epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes).Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves):

Execute and document preventive and corrective maintenance plans for potting equipment (dispensers, ovens, vacuum systems, etc.).Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control failures in encapsulation equipment.Coordinate with technical suppliers for specialized support and spare parts.Implement equipment improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and process quality.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Train technical personnel in the basic operation and maintenance of potting equipment.Participate in projects involving the introduction of new potting equipment or technologies.
