For more benefit information, please visit our website here: https://www.novanthealth.org/team-members/benefits/   About the CRNA Supervisor position: We’re seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Supervisor to join our Acute Care Anesthesia team! As the CRNA Supervisor, you will be an essential member of our healthcare team, assisting the Coastal region Market Manager in the direction and supervision of the clinical work of the nurse anesthetists. You will also coordinate the activities of the nurse anesthetists with those of the Anesthesiologists to provide for best patient care. What You'll Do + Performs general supervision and evaluation of anesthesia staff. Monitors staff compliance with department/organizational policies and procedures. + Maintains clinical and professional competency, according to department policies, procedures and protocols as appropriate for the age of patient(s) served. + Demonstrates staff CRNA skills as needed. + Facilitates day-to-day schedule management, completes daily patient care assignments, and assures policies and procedures are adhered to. + Represents CRNA’s to leadership and facilitates communication between departments. What We're Looking For + Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing required.  + Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.  + Certified RN Anesthetist, required. + Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience, required.   Novant Health is committed to improving the health of its communities, one person at a time.
