The general purpose of this role is manage team of Credit & Risk by overseeing the process of credit management review of customers according to the prevailing policy and procedures in order to mitigate the company risk as well as to support business growth & continuity in the areas of credit management, comprehensive financial analysis of any credit initiatives & cost effectiveness, financial related reports as required by PMI and internal controls and compliance.

 

Your ‘day to day’

Supervises the daily O2C Credit & Risk management services such as transactional processing, reviews & approval and reporting to management:Review reports on credit scoring & credit limits based on PMI credit policy and requirementsReview and approval of new account applicationsPerform credit review of existing accountsGrant approval for credit related exceptionsReview credit management reportsStrategic thinking by overseeing the process of credit management review of customers according to the prevailing policy and procedures to mitigate the company risk as well as to support business growth & continuity in the areas of credit management, comprehensive financial analysis of any credit initiatives & cost effectiveness, financial related reports as required by PMI and internal controls and compliance.Business partnering and support market initiatives, representative in Global O2C meeting/projectReview the resolution and work around provided by the team to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) - identify the root cause and formulate appropriate counter-measures.Ensure team’s compliance with the governing company controls, policies and proceduresCollaborate with the affiliates to discuss operational KPI and other topics / issues on the O2C end to end servicesManage and organize team’s objectives and KPIProvide guidance and supervision to the team by setting and implementing team goals or objectives, supervising, training or guiding team members,  engaging and motivating team members, providing effective feedback and manage hybrid teams (as applicable)Lead recruitment of candidate and training requirements.

 

Who we’re looking for

 

University or post graduate degree in a relevant field; Rich experience (4+ years) in OTC process in B2B environmentShould have at least 2 years of team/people management experienceLeadership skills, flexibility and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels. Including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge and influence across organizationStrong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with good presentation skills; A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized.
