Your responsibilities will include: + Leading our Public Health department and RHC visiting nurse program. + Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all services. + Guiding financial oversight for personnel and supplies. + Developing and implementing policies that align with our mission. + Ensuring compliance with State Department of Health standards. + Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. + Overseeing risk management and quality improvement initiatives. + Engaging with community partners and developing contracts. + Mentoring staff and sharing your expertise. + Driving emergency preparedness planning and training. + Collaborating on community health needs assessments and strategic planning. + Managing the departmental budget. **Job Requirements** + Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of Minnesota. + Certified in Public Health Nursing by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. + RN Licensure in the State of Minnesota + BLS + Drives License + Auto Insurance **Where You'll Work** CHI LakeWood Health provides long-term care, family practice-clinic, 15-bed critical-access hospital, public health and assisted living services.
