Purpose of the Position:

• Lead the launch of new programs ensuring system readiness and operational alignment
• Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

 

Accountabilities

Lead the implementation and deployment of program and operation enhancement towards omni-channel consumer engagement, collaborating with all cross-functional stakeholders (Consumer Experience, Channel, Commercial Enablement, Digital, IT and other concerned parties)Conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous system and operational improvements, working closely with Governance team and channel teams                                                                                                                                                                               

Requirements

Degree or postgraduate qualificationNative-level Japanese and fluent English (verbal, written, presentation)5+ years of experience in commercial operationsStrong expertise in process design and managementProven track record in leading projects and project managementSolid business understanding (commercial and operational)Leadership and influencing skills with strong interpersonal abilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to collaborate across teams and enable cross-functional alignmentStrong problem-solving and learning agilityKnowledge of commercial compliance and system workflows
