**What you will do:**
The Collections Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the collections process for an assigned portfolio, ensuring control and improvement of key metrics such as DSO, aged portfolio, and cash collection. This role leads a team and drives performance, process optimization, and compliance, acting as a central point for escalation and resolution of complex issues. The position also supports ERP transitions and divisional process changes, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Supervise and guide the Collections team to meet quality and productivity targets.
+ Monitor collections activities and systems to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
+ Ensure internal controls are in place and processes are compliant with company policies.
+ Support ERP implementations, particularly SAP-related changes.
+ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to align collections efforts with customer strategies.
+ Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on root cause resolution for disputes.
+ Provide guidance to team members and participate in performance management, including planning and development.
+ Perform additional tasks related to process improvement projects as assigned by management.
**What you need:**
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in Collections within a matrixed international environment, preferably in multinational companies (required)
+ At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, such as Supervisor or above (required)
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required)
+ Fluency in spoken and written English at B2+ level or higher (required)
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (required)
+ Experience using SAP and/or Oracle systems (required)
+ Experience in billing processes for multinational companies (preferred)
+ Familiarity with EDI processes (preferred)
