The Supervisor, Collaborations & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships and brand collaborations that elevate the visibility of Smoke-Free Products (SFP) across Kazakhstan and CAS markets.
This role focuses on finding culturally relevant partners, creators, artists, and event platforms that align with global brand platforms and ensuring all collaborative content and activations adhere to strict regulatory requirements.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, creativity, cultural awareness, and the ability to translate brand strategy into high-impact partnership executions.
This is an individual contributor role (no direct team management).
Partnership & Collaboration Development
Identify and evaluate potential collaborators: creators, artists, designers, and brands aligned with SFP strategic platforms.Build a pipeline of relevant partners that reflect emerging trends, cultural shifts, and untapped audience segments.Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements in coordination with Legal, Procurement, Finance securing effective value driving collaborations.Maintain and regularly update a database of current and potential partners, ensuring ongoing relevancy, compliance, and strategic fit.Process briefs from other SFP departments (e.g., Brand Marketing, CX) to identify and source new collaborators based on cross-functional needs.Develop creative mechanics for Brand engagement channels collaborator.Ensure early alignment with collaborators on expected creative outputs (photos, videos, merchandising, branded materials) to secure consistency and quality from the start.Align proposed local collaborations with the global team to secure required approvals and ensure consistency with global brand platforms and compliance frameworks.
Platform Search & Innovation
Conduct continuous market research to discover new cultural platforms, festivals, art initiatives, design hubs, and immersive and lifestyle spaces relevant to SFP audiences.Build a pipeline of relevant partners that reflect emerging trends, cultural shifts, and untapped audience segmentsRecommend innovative collaboration opportunities that enhance consumer relevance and visibility.Support strategic planning for plug-in opportunities within key festivals, events, and third‑party platforms.
Partner Negotiations & Collaboration Execution
Lead negotiations with partners, creators, and collaborators to secure the most effective and mutually beneficial partnership terms.Coordinate and support collaborators during content shootings, brand events, festival activations, retail visits, and partnership‑related trips.Brief collaborators, creators, and agencies on brand strategy, compliance standards, and creative requirements to ensure high‑quality output.Oversee and align all produced creative materials with collaborators - including photos, videos, merchandise, and other branded assets - before using in physical channels, posting in digital channels or proceeding with large‑scale production.Ensure smooth operational support during all collaboration touchpoints (production days, events, logistics, travel).
Digital Amplification via Partners
Create and integrate content into partners’ digital channels to maximize reach in Kazakhstan and CAS markets.Provide partners with brand-aligned materials for social and digital usage (Instagram, Telegram, websites).Track digital performance and propose optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Documentation
Build strong, long-term relationships with collaborators, partners, agencies, event organizers, and cultural influencers.Maintain ongoing communication to nurture loyalty, clarify expectations, and ensure high-quality output.Collaborate closely with the internal Brand Engagement team and key cross‑functional stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Brand Activation CAS, Legal, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Budget Management & Documentation
Support budget planning and utilization, partner fee structuring.Optimize costs through negotiation and resource efficiency.Track financials for each collaborator and partnership project, ensuring transparency and accuracy.Contract development in collaboration with Legal and Purchasing for partners and collaborators.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all collaborations, content, and public appearances strictly follow local laws and internal marketing standards.Conduct regular reviews with Legal and Compliance teams to verify age‑verification of collaborators and partnership base, branding elements through collaborators, developed materials, and communication guidelines.Maintain documentation to support audits and risk management.
Who we're looking for:
