Supervisor Centralized Staffing– Physician Office Float Pool – Richmond

Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **Primary Function/General Purpose of Position** The Supervisor Centralized Staffing assists the Manager Medical Group Operations with oversight and direction for medical group centralized staffing services to include , clinical and administrative float pool staff.. This position will serve as frontline supervision of their assigned centralized services team . **Essential Job Functions** + Collaborates with the Manager Medical Group Operations to develop centralized staffing processes and align teams with medical group priorities. + Develops and maintains key processes centralized services of the medical group. + Assists in selection of personnel for hire and promotion + Trains new staff on centralized services process and apply corrective action for those deviating from standard processes. + Acts as front-line supervisor for direct reports - responds proactively to employee needs and concerns; manages personnel conflicts + Serves as liaison and subject matter expert on centralized services. + Effectively communicates with and responds to key stakeholders in the medical group (i.e practice managers, physicians, RPAs, and directors). + Provides staff support for centralized services. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as required by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation. **Education** Associates (required) Bachelors (preferred) **Work Experience** 3 years of recent experience in medical office setting (required) Previous experience and knowledge of clinical ambulatory workflows (preferred) Previous experience and knowledge of front-office including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and/or medical record document scanning (preferred) 1 year of leadership experience as a lead, supervisor, or coordinator (preferred) Licensed Practical Nurse (preferred) **Training** EPIC Electronic Health Record (preferred) As a Bon Secours Mercy Health associate, you're part of a Mission that matters.
