Supervisor Central Scheduling
Job Summary This position is 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility. The Supervisor Central Scheduling oversees all schedules under the supervision of managers in connection with location of schedule and assistance of other supervisors. Responsible for completing and maintaining team member schedules according to the needs of the business and patient flow, volumes, and financial status. Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. + Experience: + Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare, required. + Two years of Healthcare and scheduling experience, required. + Minimum two years supervisory experience, required. + Additional Skills Required: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic accounting and medical terminology required. Knowledge of regulatory and third party payer requirements to ensure compliance. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed. + Additional Skills Preferred: Experience in operating personal computers and printers preferred.
